Sweepstake or contest, what's the difference? To be legal you can charge for neither. In a sweepstake you just enter and hopefully win. A contest requires something besides luck to win. Like a quick game of trivia.

     We start out with a form to gather personal information. Name, address, city, the usual information. The second part of the form can have up to ten survey questions of your choice.

ENTRY REGISTRATION PROCESS
     The entry process allows you to collect information from registrants and also to ask survey questions. Entry data collected can be used as a semi-qualified mailing list. To stay within legal boundaries we accept mail-in entries for you and add the data to your database.

NEWSLETTERS
     You may choose to have a newsletter sent to each registrant after entry completion. This newsletter is a good way to explain your business and its products or services. You may also include an electronic coupon along with the newsletter, many people love to use coupons, even electronic ones. While the first newsletter is an entry requirement you will be left with some that wish to keep reading your newsletter. This list will be kept separate from the entry list.

PRIZES
     You can use your own prizes or those supplied by our selected vendors. When using our vendors we will package and ship the the prizes. You have you choice of standard shipping or return receipt. You may bulk ship your own prizes to us and we will send them to the winners, again you have your choice of standard shipping or return receipt.

RECORDS
     All contests and sweepstakes require record keeping. We will send proof of mailings to you through the USPO and electronically transfer the entry registration and newsletter lists to you. We also file 1099MISC forms with the IRS if needed.
