bug fix - admin.cgi line 858 - added &get_vars;
This is a fix for the non-display of company and contest related information in the second part of the rules set-up in admin. While the rules display correctly when the contest was accessed the admin display was blank of inserted information.
This was only a display bug in admin and did not effect the contest actions or entries.
Added an alternate entry form, "entry_short_alt.txt". This is based on a page like this with three side boxes on each side and has its own entry.css file. Rename the entry_short.txt to entry_short.bak and then rename the entry_short_alt.txt to entry_short.txt. You must also upload the entry.css file to the same place the styles.css file is.

Updated the way the referer works. Changed the $RefererDomain to @Referer and the domain in now added as "www.acb.com" and "abc.com" to fix the way it worked on some servers.
The GET restrictor was altered so that trouble with accessing a bare call was fixed.
Still need to update the documentation.

Rewrite of script. Split cgi files, images, template and config files into their own folders with the cgi's into the cgi-bin. Added GET method refusal. Re-design of entry form, added prize picture and banner.
