Prizes are the heart of any sweepstakes or contest. Sometimes what the prize is does not matter as much as that it just be useful. Other times it is wise to match your item to the demographic you are reaching out to. Prizes like T-shirts and caps are unique in that they are both highly valued for aesthetic reasons yet contain blatant commercial advertising. sPeople read caps and T-shirts, I do, and so do you. These items can say anything and are the perfect medium for promotions and branding. They can be a walking talking billboard with your logo, company name, URL, phone number, anything or combination.      Many other items also make good giveaway pieces. Things like CD's, beverage can insulators, beach balls, license plate holders, flags and pennants, the list is almost endless. One thing the above all have in common is that they are easy and relatively inexpensive to package and ship. You may also use your own product, service, or merchandise from your stock or warehouse and ship to us if using our fulfillment center. We can also print coupons for service prizes if you need them.      The easy part is giving away something. The real work is to then get the item to the winner, and have a record of it. The Sweepstakes Monkey software automatically picks the needed winners and alternates at the conclusion of the promotion. For grand and major prizes a second party verifier can be used at your request. We will package and ship the prizes to the winners for you. Prior to shipment of a grand or major prize the winner is contacted by phone or email and an eligibility form is sent to the winner. When the completed form is returned the prize is sent return receipt. Return receipt is recommended for grand or major prizes and is proof that all prizes were awarded, that the item was received by the winner, and the contest rules were followed. For minor prizes we will take pictures of the bulk items before and after packaging and a shippers statement.You may also choose to handle all this yourself in-house if you have the time and resources, in that case we will send you the registration list and email list along with the sweepstakes report at the conclusion of the promotion.
